ANSAC CEO John Andrews to Retire

Dear All,

On July 1st I will step down as President and CEO of ANSAC to pursue other business opportunities. For almost 30 years I have had a wonderful job and the reason for that is the wonderful people who have worked with me to build the company and a great group of customers and service providers. It has been my great privilege to be a part of our building a billion dollar company. More important than the spectacular growth we have enjoyed is the kind of company we have built, a company whose reputation for service, professionalism and integrity is second to none. ANSAC has set a new standard in commodities for quality, service and professionalism. ANSAC customer relationships are our greatest asset. I am most proud and find the greatest joy in the personal friendships and relations I have experienced, some of these friendship spanning three generations of customer families.

I take happiness in knowing the future for ANSAC is bright and filled with opportunity. This is a great business and an outstanding business model. The next 30 years will show limitless success. I am pleased to announce Christopher Douville has accepted the position of President and CEO. Chris brings the background , intellect and passion for the business that will drive it to higher levels of success. He has the vision, strategic thinking and leadership to fulfill the future potential I know ANSAC possesses. ANSAC could not be in better hands.

The members over these years have graced me with great confidence and support to manage their business, for that I am eternally grateful.

My celebration of these 30 years will be my continued interaction with each of you. I look forward to personally talking to you and sharing my joy in having served ANSAC and my excitement for new challenges ahead.
